FAQs

1. How do I place an order?
You can place your orders via our website here at www.theolyproject.com or simply send us a message on Instagram or Facebook for orders.

2. Do you do same day delivery?
We totally get that you’re excited to get your items! If you’d like to receive your order on the same day, just send us a message on our socials. We're happy to pack it up for pick-up. You’ll just need to book and cover your own courier. 

3. What are your modes of payment?
Currently we accept payments via transfer through GCash and BPI.

4. How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 11 AM are shipped out on the same day. Anything placed after that will be shipped the next working day.
For deliveries within Metro Manila, it usually takes 1–3 days. For provincial areas, it may take 3–7 days. We’ll make sure to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible!

5. Can I return or exchange my item?
Absolutely, as long as the item’s unworn, unwashed, tags are still on, and it’s in the same condition you got it, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange. Refunds will be in the form of store credit. Just make sure to reach out within 7 days of receiving your order!

A little heads-up: sale items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged.

6. I’m unsure about my size, can you help me out?
Gladly! We always recommend checking our size chart, but we totally get that it can still be a little confusing sometimes. Just send us a message and we’re more than happy to help you figure out the best fit!

If you need a little tweak here and there, we also offer minor alterations for a small fee so your piece fits you like a glove!

7. I will be purchasing this as a gift, do you have a gift box available?
How lucky the person receiving this gift must be! We’d love to help make the gift extra special! Just send us a message and we’ll do our magic.

Orders above 1,500 php will be given the gift box for free upon request while orders under will be charged 30 php.
